Online Subscription Closer Look
|
The online subscription is the preferred method for subscribing to parcel information. The database can be accessed from any computer that has Internet access. You will automatically receive program improvements and data updates with the online subscription.
To the right is a partial screen shot showing what a typical search result might look like. Notice that the parcel number is a hyperlink that, when clicked, will take you directly to the detailed information for that parcel.

To the left is a sample detail page for a particular parcel. If this parcel had a Summer tax bill it would also show on this printout.
As you probably know, this information is public. All of this information is available, free of charge, if you visit the Courthouse in Sandusky. But, for less than $1 per day, you can have this information delivered to your PC when you want it.
Figure in the cost of making copies, your drive time, and the time spent waiting in line at the courthouse for this information and you'll quickly see the cost benefit of this service.

CD Subscription Closer Look

The CD was our first effort to distribute parcel information in a searchable format to the public. The CD has proved to be popular with realtors, banks, and appraisors.
The CD currently has more search options and an export option that the online service doesn't provide (yet!).
The CD is suitable for users that don't have Internet access or for users who don't require that the data be updated more than twice a year.
